- Up to £500 per claim with a maximum of £1000 during the period of insurance
- Includes cover for food in a freezer cabinet or freezer compartment of a refrigerator made unfit for human consumption due to: a rise or fall in temperature or contamination by refrigerant or refrigerant fumes
What isn't covered
- Freezers/refrigerators over 10 years old
- Loss of or damage to the food held or used for business purposes
