When calling us please ensure you have your policy holder’s name, address and details of the claim to hand.
Other useful information to have when you’re calling us
If you also have the policy number when calling us this will make the process even quicker. If a crime has been reported which is connected to the claim you are processing, please provide a police crime reference number.
