I have more than one address. Which one should I use?
You will need to use the address where you want the car insurance documentation to be sent. Please note that we can only quote for addresses in the UK.

My postcode is not recognised.
Please make sure that you have not keyed letters as numbers or vice versa,
e.g. letter 'O' keyed as number zero.

If our system does not recognise your postcode, but you are sure it is correct, please key your full address manually in the space provided.

I don't know the car registration number.
If you don't know the car registration number, leave this field blank. Please don't key in 'unknown' or 'TBA' or 'B-reg', etc.

I can't remember when I got my licence.
If you have held your drivers licence for nine years or more, skip the licence date field and simply tick 'Over 9 years'

If not, key in one of the following dates;

When did you pass your test? or if you only have a Provisional licence, when did you get this?

What are your fees and charges?
We believe in being completely upfront about our fees and charges. That way, there are no surprises waiting for you after you take out your policy.

• If you cancel your policy within 14 days - £38 plus a charge in proportion to the period of cover you have enjoyed
  
• If you cancel your policy after 14 days - £38 plus an additional charge dependent on the length of policy remaining
  
• If you default on a payment - £25
  
• Document reprint fee - £10
  
• Administration fee – Up to £30
  
• Telephone administration fee - £10 if you buy your policy over the phone
